{"id":6053,"date":"2024-09-06T10:42:05","date_gmt":"2024-09-06T10:42:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dslsa.org\/central\/?p=6053"},"modified":"2024-10-14T10:45:53","modified_gmt":"2024-10-14T10:45:53","slug":"legal-awareness-session-on-the-topic-posh-act-on-06-09-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/dslsa.org\/central\/2024\/09\/06\/legal-awareness-session-on-the-topic-posh-act-on-06-09-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Legal Awareness Session on the topic \u201cPOSH ACT\u201d on 06.09.2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Central District Legal Services Authority<\/strong> under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA organized a Legal Awareness Session on the topic <strong>\u201cPOSH ACT\u201d<\/strong> for the school teachers and staffs and \u201c<strong>POCSO Act<\/strong>\u201d for the students of 10<sup>th<\/sup>, 11<sup>th<\/sup> and 12<sup>th<\/sup> classes in <strong>SGTB Girls Senior Secondary School, Pulbangash, New Delhi <\/strong>on <strong>06.09.2024.<\/strong> <strong>Sh. Vinay Kumar, LAC <\/strong>was the resource person for the session. He informed various offences under POCSO Act and concept of Good Touch Bad Touch and Virtual Touch to the students. He then informed them about the procedure of complaint in case someone faces such situation.
