The session was specially arranged for the Hon\u2019ble Judicial Officers (DHJS &#038; DJS), staff members of the District Courts, as well as the personnel from both South-East and South DLSA. The event aimed to encourage holistic health, stress management, and overall well-being through the practice of yoga. Approximately 100 participants attended the session, engaging in various yoga exercises and breathing techniques under guided supervision.
