DLSA South-East, under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA, organised an awareness session on the topic \u201cSign Language to Cyber Safety: Promoting Digital Security, Legal Rights and Awareness for Persons with Disabilities\u201d on 22.09.2026 at Deshbandhu College, University of Delhi, Main Road, Block H, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019, for the participants. The programme was organised with the objective of sensitising the participants about digital security, cyber safety, legal rights and entitlements of persons with disabilities, and the availability of legal services. Adv. Sanjay Datt, LSA, DLSA South-East, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about cyber safety, responsible use of digital platforms, digital security measures, legal rights of persons with disabilities, and the salient working of DLSA. The participants were also made aware of the DLSA Helpline No. 1516 (24\u00d77) and NALSA Helpline No. 15100. The programme also focused on promoting awareness regarding cyber-related risks, digital safety, legal rights and access to legal aid among persons with disabilities, as well as the general public, women and children.
