Sanjay Dutt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Success Story<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(1)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Visited as Representative of DLSA alongwith Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) Mr. Luvkesh Bambani, Student Jamia Millia Ishlamia College to 14 no\u2019s of various Night Shelter Homes of ZLC-12, South East District run by SPYM NGO, where undersigned checked with PLV about maintenance, functioning of above NSHs and prepared Reports and give suggestion about smooth function of concerned Night Shelter Homes. Further Legal Awareness about like Child Rights, Drug and substance abuse and Clean Delhi \u201cSwatch Bharat\u201d also provided to homeless people staying there in above NSHs.<\/p>\n<p>(2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Done more than 15 No\u2019s of Sensitization Programmes which include PPT and Videos Presentation through Projector on the Topic of \u201cChild Abuse and Sexual Harassment\u201d for the Student Aged 14 to 18 years and \u201cEnvironment Protection, World Environment and Green Delhi\u201d for the Class of 6<sup>th<\/sup> to 8<sup>th<\/sup> in Different Delhi Government Schools during month of July, Aug and September 2018.<\/p>\n<p>(3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Regularly conducting Legal Literacy Club\/Classes including Mass Legal Literacy Programmes for different-different Age group students of Govt. School of South East District on the following Topics :\u00a0 (a) Drug and Substance Abuse (b) Right to Education (c) Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO Act) (d) Environment Conservation (e) World Environment Day (f) Water Conservation (g) Domestic Violence Act (h) Women\u2019s Related Laws (i) Clean Delhi and Green Delhi (k) Function of Police Officials (l) Indian Judicial System (j)World Literacy Day (k) Laws Related to Senior Citizens (l) Cyber Crime (l) Fundamental Duties of Good Citizens etc.<\/p>\n<p>(4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Worked as \u2018Associate Member\u2019 in LOK ADALATs organised by DLSA South East and helped in solving cases\/disputes, prepared statements of parties.<\/p>\n<p>(5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Helped group of students of Various Govt.\/Private Schools, who visited the Saket District Court Complex and made them aware about Court Functions, Procedure of Trial, information about Civil and Criminal Courts and gave them experience of interaction with Judicial Officers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other duties assigned to the undersigned by Ld.
