- After Post Graduation in Law in 1984, I joined the Delhi Judicial Service on 04.11.1986.
- From 04.11.1986 to 26.05.1998, I had the privilege of dealing with civil and criminal matters whilst posted as a Civil Judge/Metropolitan Magistrate.
- From 26.05.1998 to 16.08.2000 – I was posted as Competent Authority, Slum & JJ Department of MCD.
- On 16.08.2000 – I was promoted as an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service and during 16.08.2000-23.05.2002 I was posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Delhi.
- 28.05.2002–31.03.2004 – Posted as Registrar, Principal Bench Railway Claims Tribunal, Mall Road, Delhi.
