Training-Orientation Programme for Mediators/Advocates on Friday, 15th July, 2016 was conducted in Conference Hall, Central Office, DSLSA, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to deal with the Trade Mark cases for mediation pending at the stage of objection before the Registrar of Trade Marks.

    Sh. Dharmesh Sharma, Member Secretary, DSLSA, Sh. Sanjeev Jain, Special Secretary, DSLSA and Dr. B. C. Rathore, Deputy Registrar of Trade Marks Registry, Dwarka were the resource persons. The Training programme was also attended by Mediators/Advocates.
