1) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
(including Children with Disability)
Financial Assistance for Persons with Special Needs (Disability Pension) is the welfare scheme of Government of NCT of Delhi to provide assistance of Rs.2,500 per month to the disabled persons (including Children with Disability).
The disabilities considered under this scheme are:- Blindness, Low vision, Leprosy-cured person, Deaf, Locomotor Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability (Mental Retardation), Mental Illness, Dwarfism, Muscular Dystrophy, Acid Attack Victims, Hard of hearing, Speech and language disability, Specific Learning Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Hemophilia, Thalassemia, Sickle Cell Disease, Multiple Disabilities

2) SUGAMYA SAHAYAK SCHEME
{To facilitate Mobility & Empowerment of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (including Children with Disability)}
Under this scheme, durable and standardized assistive devices are provided to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities including Motorized Tricycles, Wheelchairs, Hearing Aids, Crutches, Callipers, Walkers and Braille Kit & Smartphones for Visually Impaired Persons etc. – are distributed free of cost.
