The aforesaid applicant had approached this Authority on 09.07.2019 with the grievance of disputes with her husband. She had also filed a complaint against her husband in DCW. The Secretary of DLSA East referred her matter for Counselling before the Counsellor deputed at DLSA East. Notice was sent to her husband to appear before the Counsellor on 29.07.2019. Counselling Sessions were by the Counsellor on 29.07.2019, 20.08.2019 & 09.09.2019.
\n Pursuant to the Counselling Sessions, the matter got settled between them amicably and successfully as the wife has submitted that the behaviour of the husband has improved and husband has undertaken to lookafter and maintain the wife and the children properly. <\/p>\n
