Babli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In 2008, the deceased Vicky, S\/o Smt Babli passed away while in police custody. Pursuant to the inquest report, a case was registered; however, the accused persons were subsequently acquitted. The court, upon delivering its judgment, forwarded a copy to the NDDSLA for consideration of compensation to the deceased\u2019s mother, Smt. Babli. In the DVC meeting, Smt. Babli was granted a final compensation of \u20b95 lakh. Presently, an appeal challenging the acquittal is pending before the Sessions Court. In appreciation of the support extended, Smt.
