{"id":15524,"date":"2026-07-08T09:28:17","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T09:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dslsa.org\/sed\/?p=15524"},"modified":"2026-07-08T09:28:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T09:28:17","slug":"door-to-door-awareness-campaign-on-heat-wave-preparedness-labour-protection-01-05-june-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dslsa.org\/sed\/door-to-door-awareness-campaign-on-heat-wave-preparedness-labour-protection-01-05-june-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Door-to-Door Awareness Campaign on Heat-Wave Preparedness &#038; Labour Protection (01\u201305 June 2026)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised a door-to-door awareness campaign from 01.06.2026 to 05.06.2026 at Ayushman Palace, Love Kush Chowk, Jaitpur, Badarpur, New Delhi, on the theme \u201cHeat-Wave Preparedness and Labour Protection for Construction and Daily Wage Workers\u201d.<\/strong> The campaign was conducted as part of its ongoing awareness, sensitisation and outreach activities to disseminate information regarding precautionary measures to be adopted during heat-wave conditions and the forthcoming Mega Camp. Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) of DLSA South-East actively participated in the campaign by distributing informational pamphlets and spreading awareness amongst construction workers, daily wage labourers and members of the local community. The campaign focused on preventive measures against heat-related illnesses, the importance of proper hydration, and maintaining personal health and well-being during the summer season.
