The programme was organised in consonance with this year&#8217;s theme, \u201cYoga for Healthy Ageing,\u201d with the objective of highlighting the transformative role of yoga in promoting physical well-being, mental wellness, global unity, and harmonious coexistence. The session was attended by Ld. Judicial Officers of South and South-East Districts, members of RWAs, residents of the Saket Courts Residential Complex, staff members of South and South-East DLSAs, and other participants. The programme served as an effective platform to encourage the adoption of yoga as a healthy lifestyle practice and witnessed enthusiastic participation from all attendees.
