Presiding Officers having criminal jurisdiction of the South and South-East Districts at the Seminar Hall, 7th Floor, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi, on 21.07.2026. The programme comprised two technical sessions, namely \u201cOverview of the Delhi Victims&#8217; Compensation Scheme, 2018\u201d and \u201cFrom Policy to Practice: Effective Implementation of the Delhi Victims&#8217; Compensation Scheme, 2018.\u201d The sessions were conducted by Rajeev Bansal, Ld. Member Secretary, DSLSA, and Ms. Bharti Garg, Ld. Secretary (Litigation), DSLSA, who elaborated on the legal framework, objectives, and practical implementation of the Scheme, with emphasis on ensuring timely and effective compensation to victims of crime. The training programme was attended by Ld. Additional District &amp; Sessions Judges, Chief Judicial Magistrates, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates, Principal Magistrates of the Juvenile Justice Boards, and Judicial Magistrates First Class of the South and South-East Districts.
