Thus, it has directed the Police, in <strong>FAO 842\/2003 titled \u201cRajesh Tyagi &amp; Ors. Vs. Jaibir Singh &amp; Ors.\u201d<\/strong>, that it would place a copy of the Accident Information Report alongwith the FIR not only before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunals but also before the DSLSA so that DSLSA can intervene whenever settlement was getting difficult and legal aid is being provided in the cases where it is required.
