No. 1352\/2023 titled \u201cManoj Krishan Ahuja vs. State of NCT of Delhi &amp; Anr.\u201d, and with a view to promote awareness among the general public regarding the Pre-Conception and Pre-Nagal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (PC&amp;PNDT Act) , the Shahdara District Legal Services Auhority (DLSA), under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA, organised an Awareness Programme at the community level under the <strong>Justice Awareness for Grassroots Information and Transparency Initiative (JAGRITI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The session was conducted by Sh.
