Tanvi Khurana completed L.L.B (Hons.), a five year integrated course from Amity Law School Delhi affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2009 and did her Masters in Law from Kurukshetra University in 2011.
She cleared Haryana Civil Services (Judicial) in the year 2010 and was appointed as a Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class. She later cleared Delhi Judicial Service Examination in 2013. She has served as a Civil Judge, Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act), Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi District, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board and Chief Judicial Magistrate. She was also deputed as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority in the year 2016 till 2019.
She was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Services on 24.09.2024 and is currently posted as Special Secretary, DSLSA since 31.05.2025.
She has also represented Indian Judiciary in the Judicial Conference at Nepal and Sri Lanka.
