To mark “World Day of Social Justice” a legal literacy camp was organized on 20\/02\/2017 at Gulistan Apartments, Sector 13 Dwarka, in association with Dwarka Progressive Club, an NGO working for women at community level.
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Under the auspices of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and under the guidance of Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), a Legal Awareness Programme was organized by\u00a0South-West-District Legal Services Authority (SW-DLSA),in association with Dwarka Progressive Club, an NGO working with women at community level,\u00a0on 20.02.2017 at Gulistan Apartments, Sector 13, Dwarka.<\/p>\n

Sh. Jagmohan Singh, Secretary, SW-DLSA was the chief guest as well as speaker on the occasion<\/strong>.\u00a0 He informed the participants about the functions of DLSA including the right of every woman, irrespective of income limit, to free legal aid.\u00a0 Ms. Aeshna Dahiya, Legal Aid Counsel also addressed the participants on the provisions of “The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005<\/a>“<\/strong>.\u00a0She also provided counselling to the women participants regarding the legal issues faced by them.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
