An amount of <strong>Rs. 1,20,000\/-<\/strong> was unauthorisedly withdrawn from the account of the victim <strong>Sh. Kanak Prasad<\/strong> in the end of <strong>July, 2019<\/strong> by way of ATM fraud. <strong>DLSA South-West<\/strong> provided legal assistance to the victim for lodging FIR with the police and also filing a complaint with the Bank concerned.
