In the observance of “World Environment Day” Central & West DLSA jointly organised Awareness Programme at Tis Hazari Courts on 05.06.2017.

The Programme was inaugurated by Sh. Talwant Singh, Ld. District & Session Judge (HQ)/ Chairperson, Central DLSA and Ms. Rekha Rani, Ld. District and Session Judge( West)/Chairperson, West DLSA.

Sh. Navjeet Budhiraja, Ld. Secretary, Central DLSA welcomed all the participants.

Participants included all Ld. Judicial Officers of Central & West District, Office Bearers and Members of Delhi Bar Association, Administrative Officers, Branch Incharges, Legal Aid Beneficiaries of Central & West DLSA, Acid Attack Victims, Senior Citizens and Staff members of Central & West DLSA.

Sh. Talwant Singh, Ld. District & Session Judge (HQ)/ Chairperson, Central DLSA addressed the participants and urged them to make our environment pollution free.

Ld. Judge Sh. Narender Kumar recited a poem and informed the participants about the important role of Mother Earth in our day to day life.

Potted plants were gifted to all the participants as a token of love.

Sh. Vinod Kumar Meena, Ld. Secretary, West DLSA conveyed vote of thanks to all the participants for their active participation.

The Programme was attended by about 200 Participants. The Programme was very much appreciated by Senior Judicial Officers and all other participants.
