Today on 22.09.2016 an interactive lecture on the topic “How to tender evidence; Conduct of witness before court; Art of examination in-chief and preparation for Cross-examination; Non production of victim/prime witnesses result thereof” was delivered at Specialized Training Centre, P.S. Rajender Nagar, New Delhi.

Apart from the provisions of Indian Evidence Act, the useful tips while in witness box, relevance of section 162 Cr.P.C. etc were also discussed.
