On 27th October, 2014, Delhi State Legal Services Authority inaugurated ‘Mass Legal Literacy Campaign’ and ‘Opening of Legal Literacy Clubs in Schools and Colleges’ at Plenary Hall, Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi by Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India. Hon’ble the Chief Justice of High Court  of Delhi and other Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi were also present on the occasion. Since then, this Authority has established “92” Legal Literacy Clubs in Govt. and Govt. Aided Schools. Approx. 8,000 students are the members of these Schools Legal Literacy Clubs.
             As a part of Legal Literacy Campaign organized in various schools every year by this Authority under the aegis of DSLSA, various programmes on issues of significant legal importance are organized. In the year 2018, this Authority organized a Legal Literacy Programmes for the students of various Government and Public Schools on the topics like Safe-Unsafe Touch (POCSO Act), Menstural Health and Hygiene vis-a-vis Right to Education, Water Conservation etc. During these programmes, Judicial Officers and Legal Services Advocates were the resource persons.
