Secretary, South East District services authority addressing students of ads on / certificate course at PGDAV college. The course was envisioned by the secretary DLSA, South East and course content was also designed. An introductory session was taken on 5th August, 2016 at the college premises 90 students have enrolled for it so far and the response for enrollment is overwhelming.
