DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised an awareness session for women on the occasion of World Earth Day on the topic “Right to Clean Environment under Article 21 and Role of Legal Services Authorities” on 23.04.2026 at 58A Khizrabad, near Nain Singh Mansion, New Delhi, in association with Vipla Foundation NGO, followed by a plantation drive. Adv. Mohini, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about the right to a clean and healthy environment as a part of Article 21, the importance of environmental protection, and the role of Legal Services Authorities in promoting environmental awareness and access to justice. The participants were also made aware about the availability of free legal aid, DSLSA Helpline No. 1516 (24×7), NALSA Helpline No. 15100, and the role and functioning of Legal Services Authorities. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 30 beneficiaries.
