DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised a legal awareness session on the occasion of International Day of Families, 2026 on the topic “Preserving the Dignity of Senior Citizens through Family Support, Legal Protection and Social Justice” at F/A19, Thokar No. 4, Abul Fazal Enclave, Near CEAT Tyre Shop, Okhla Vihar, New Delhi – 110025 on 19.05.2026 in association with Sheows Care Center (Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram). Adv. Divya Narain, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about the rights and welfare of senior citizens, the availability of free legal aid, DSLSA Helpline No. 1516, NALSA Helpline No. 15100, and the role and functioning of legal services institutions. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 50 persons.
