DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised a legal awareness session on the occasion of World Hypertension Day, 2026 under the LSUM – Legal Services Unit: Manonaya, 2024, in association with Vision for Oasis Waves Society (VOWS) NGO, on the topic “Healthy Heart, Healthy Life: Legal Awareness and Preventive Healthcare” at A1-951, JJ Colony, Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi on 19.05.2026. Adv. Mohini, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about preventive healthcare, legal awareness, the availability of free legal aid, DSLSA Helpline No. 1516, NALSA Helpline No. 15100, and the role and functioning of legal services institutions. The participants were also informed about various welfare schemes and legal assistance mechanisms available through DLSA. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 25 beneficiaries.
