Success Story

In Case Titled as ‘Satnam Kaur Vs Gurnam Singh’ HMA Case U/s 13 (b)(2) HMA, the case was different from others. The undersigned was assigned to file Mutual Divorce Petition on behalf of Petitioner No.1 i.e. Satnam Kaur, but the Petitioner No.2 was not making any contact with the Petitioner No.1 or her family due to some reasons, the Petitioner No.2 being the disabled person and not having both hands from the shoulder, which he lost in Railway Accident, the undersigned made the extra efforts to arrange the both parties to come under one table and signed the Petition. The undersigned put the Right Foot Thumb Impression of the Petitioner No.2 on the Petition and also identified by father of the Petitioner No.2 and get the same (Right Foot Thump Impression) before the Court. The Concerned Family Court allowed the Mutual Divorce Petition with the Complementary words to me for positive approach in handling the above mentioned case.
