DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised a two-day door-to-door awareness campaign on 10.06.2026 and 11.06.2026 at Govind Puri and Kotla Mubarakpur as part of its ongoing awareness, sensitisation and outreach activities regarding the functioning of Permanent Lok Adalats (PLAs). The campaign was conducted to educate the public about the role, jurisdiction, procedure and benefits of Permanent Lok Adalats relating to Public Utility Services. NALSA Interns and Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) of DLSA South-East actively participated in the campaign by distributing informational pamphlets and spreading awareness among the local community regarding the services and functions of PLAs. Approximately 800 pamphlets were distributed during the campaign, and a large number of residents were sensitised about the availability of an effective and accessible mechanism for the resolution of disputes concerning Public Utility Services.
