DLSA South-East, under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA, organised an awareness programme on the occasion of World Book and Copyright Day 2026 on the topic “Cyber Bullying: Its Effects on the Children’s Mental Health and the Collective Efforts Required to Address this Issue” for the students of Goverdhan Modern Public School, Meethapur, Badarpur, New Delhi, on 23.04.2026. The Ld. Secretary, DLSA South-East, graced the programme as the Chief Guest and sensitised the students about the functions and roles of NALSA, DSLSA, and DLSAs. Ms. Divya, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and apprised the participants of the concept of cyber bullying, its psychological impact on children, preventive measures, and the importance of collective efforts in addressing such issues. The participants were also informed about the DSLSA Helpline (1516 – 24×7) and the NALSA Helpline (15100). The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 150 students.
