DLSA South-East, under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority, successfully conducted a door-to-door campaign on the occasion of International Women’s Day as part of the NALSA Scheme ASHA (Awareness, Support, Help & Action) and the MWCD’s 100-Day “Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat” initiative. The campaign was organized in association with Vision for Oasis Waves Society at Madanpur Khadar J.J. Colony, near Chakor Park, New Delhi, from 10.03.2026 to 12.03.2026 between 10:30 AM and 04:00 PM. The programme aimed to promote menstrual hygiene, distribution of sanitary napkins, and awareness regarding health, hygiene, and legal rights, while also sensitising the community about the prevention of child marriage and availability of legal services. Two Para-Legal Volunteers (PLVs) actively covered the local area, distributed pamphlets and sanitary napkins, and spread awareness about the DSLSA Helpline 1516 and NALSA Helpline 15100. During the campaign, the PLVs engaged with approximately 200 community members.
