In One Case Titled “Vinod Versus Suman” HMA Case No.323/2017 U/s 13 (1) (a) HMA by Court of Ms. Madhu.  I am being the counsel of the Petitioner taken the case in its final stage and able to get the Divorce Decree in favour of his Client i.e. Vinod. This case was different from others because the Petitioner was in the Judicial Custody for last three (3) years in the Murder case of his brother in law (Saala) and his wife (Respondent) when the concerned Police made the Petitioner as main accused and send him in the Judicial Custody for long period of time then the (wife) Respondent performed the second marriage in the village and left two children behind it, then the Petitioner (Vinod) who is in the J.C. applied for Legal Aid Counsel from the Jail No.6, thereafter the undersigned was assigned to file the Divorce Petition in the Concerned Family Court of South East District. The undersigned took this case as challenge due to difficulties arose in between the Trials, undersigned visited the petitioner in Tihar Jail during stay in J.C. and took the instruction and briefing about the case and collected the concerned case papers from his parents and after many meetings with petitioner and his parents undersigned able to finish Divorce Case in the petitioner favour. Undersigned faced difficult time when the petitioner was in J.C. and filed Two-Three RTI from the Tihar Jail for asking status of his, undersigned filed the Reply and gave Answer of each questions asked in the said RTI, this was the additional work done by me.  It is stated that when the Petitioner was came out from the J.C. and got accuittal orders in his favour and came to know that he also got Divorce Decree in his favour from the Court, he (petitioner) was so happy after knowing the above fact and met with the undersigned and offer his apologies for his past conduct and more important the praise the DLSA/SE and undersigned for providing Free Legal Aid.
