Central District Legal Services Authority under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA organized a Legal Awareness Session on the topic of “ Drug Abuse and the Laws related to it: Legal Consequences and Rehabilitation” for Juveniles of Observation Home, Majnu ka Tila on 12.09.2024. Sh. Vinay Kumar, LAC was deputed as the resource person for the session. The aim was to educate juveniles about the legal implications of drug-related offenses under the NDPS Act, the importance of rehabilitation, and the availability of legal aid services. The session concluded with an interactive discussion to address concerns and promote awareness. Around 50 children attended the session.
