Ms. Shagun,
Secretary, Central-II, District Legal Services Authority, RADC
Ms. Shagun graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
She qualified the Bihar Judicial Service Examination in 2019 at the age of 24 and served as a Judicial Officer in the State of Bihar for approximately 16 months. She also qualified the Rajasthan Judicial Service Examination.
In 2021, she joined the Delhi Judicial Service. She was initially posted as Metropolitan Magistrate-04, West District, and subsequently served as Judicial Magistrate First Class-06, North-West District, where she discharged judicial functions with diligence and dedication.
During her tenure, she briefly served as the Additional Officer-in-Charge, Protocol Branch, West District. She was also a member of the committee constituted pursuant to the judgment of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Manjit Singh v. State (CRL.M.C. 4485/2013, decided on September 10, 2014), contributing to the implementation of the directions issued therein during her tenure in west district.
On 04.08.2026, Ms. Shagun assumed charge as the Full-Time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Central-II, at the Rouse Avenue District Courts, Delhi.
