Sh. Naveen K. Kashyap, the Secretary, DLSA (North) was born in 1976. He completed his B.Com (Hons.) from University of Delhi in the year 1996. Alongside his graduation, he also pursued and qualified the C.S.(Inter.) from ICSI.
Enrolled himself in LL.B course from University of Delhi in the year 1997. Thereafter, enrolled himself with Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2000. Practiced for about 7 years on the Original and Appellant Civil, Criminal and Matrimonial side in various District Courts in Delhi as well as in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and before various other- judicial fora. Also dealt with Arbitration matters and advised on various aspects of law to NGOs. During his practice in Delhi, he also completed his LL.M. from University of Delhi in the year 2003.
In March,2007, he joined Delhi Judicial Services. He worked as Metropolitan Magistrate including in special Court under N.I. Act, Civil Judge and also as Commercial Civil Judge-Cum_Addl. Rent Controller before joining as Secretary, DLSA (North), District Courts Rohini, and Delhi on deputation. Presently Joined as Ld. Secretary in DLSA North-East Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
