Sh. Udbhav Kumar Jain
Sh. Udbhav Kumar Jain completed his B.A. LL.B. in 2015. He subsequently pursued LL.M. and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights, International Humanitarian and Refugee Law. He practised as a lawyer for over four years before joining the prestigious Delhi Judicial Service on 25.07.2019.
During his judicial career, he has served as a Metropolitan Magistrate/Judicial Magistrate First Class as well as a Civil Judge. On 04.08.2026, he took charge as the full-time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), North-East, Delhi.
In his present assignment, he aspires to strengthen access to justice and contribute towards delivering justice and legal services effectively at the grassroots level.
