As per the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (Crl.) 249/2009 titled “Court on its own Motion Vs. State”, this Authority deputes advocates/counselors to provide all possible help to the poor parents of missing children and also provides counselling to rescued/traced missing children in Delhi and further co-ordinates with Delhi Police to identify if any organized gang is involved.
