DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised institutional visits for 10 NALSA interns from 10.09.2026 to 21.09.2026 to provide them with practical exposure to the functioning of the justice delivery system and various allied institutions. During the aforesaid period, the interns visited the Front Office and LADC Office; Criminal and Civil Courts; Police Stations; Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) and Observation Home; Sakhi One Stop Centre; Jail, including the Legal Aid Clinic and prison administration; CAW Cell; and Child Welfare Committee (CWC). These visits were aimed at enhancing the interns’ practical understanding of court procedures, legal aid mechanisms, institutional functioning, coordination among various stakeholders, and the role of different authorities in facilitating access to justice and legal services. The institutional exposure further enabled the interns to gain an insight into the practical implementation of legal aid and welfare mechanisms for vulnerable and marginalised sections of society
