DLSA South-East, under the aegis of NALSA and DSLSA, organised an awareness session on the occasion of International Democracy Day 2026, on the topic “Inclusive Democracy and Access to Justice: Legal Empowerment of Marginalised Communities” on 15.09.2026 at Rani Jhansi Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Railway Colony, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, for students. The programme was organised with the objective of sensitising the participants about the importance of inclusive democracy, equal access to justice, legal empowerment of marginalised communities, and the availability of legal services. Adv. Mohini, LSA, DLSA South-East, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about inclusive democracy, access to justice, legal rights and entitlements of marginalised communities, and the salient working of DLSA. The participants were also made aware of the DLSA Helpline No. 1516 (24×7) and NALSA Helpline No. 15100. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 40 students.
