Sh. Anshul Singhal did his B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) from University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh from 2013-2018. Thereafter, he completed his masters in Law (LL.M.) from Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has also qualified UGC-NET and is currently pursuing Ph.D. from Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla. He has also completed his certificate course in cyber crime from Indian Law Institute, Delhi.
Sh. Anshul Singhal joined as a member of the Delhi Judicial Services in August 2019. As a DJS Officer, he has held special court for cases dealing with Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. He is currently posted as Full Time Secretary, Shahdara District Legal Services Authority from 15.12.2023.
