Compensation to Victims of Crime:-
As per the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 7927/2012 titled “Court on its own Motion Vs. UOI & Ors.”, under Delhi Victims Compensation Scheme, 2011, this Authority is providing interim and final compensation to the victims u/s 376 IPC or other victims on the recommendations of SHOs/Ld. Courts.
