Due to certain unforeseen circumstances the Lok Adalat which was scheduled to be held on 3rd November 2019 for the cases u/s 138 NI Act and Traffic Challans shall not be held at Tis Hazari Court Complex.It is however ,clarified that the Lok Adalat for 3rd November 2019 shall take place as scheduled at all other Court complexes. Those persons who are desirous of getting their Notice Branch Challans, may visit any Court complex other than Tis Hazari .
Inconvenience caused to the litigants is regretted.
