हमारे बारे में

दिल्ली राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण पूर्व में दिल्ली कानूनी सहायता और सलाह बोर्ड का गठन संसद के एक अधिनियम द्वारा "कानूनी सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987" के तहत पारित किया गया, कानूनी सेवा प्राधिकरण (संशोधित) अधिनियम, 2002 में संशोधन इसलिए किया गया ताकि समाज के कमजोर वर्गों को मुफ्त और सक्षम कानूनी सेवाएं प्रदान की जा सके। यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि आर्थिक या अन्य अक्षमताओं के कारण कोई भी नागरिक को न्याय हासिल करने के अवसरों से वंचित न हो और लोक अदालतों का आयोजन यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि कानूनी प्रणाली का संचालन समान अवसर के आधार पर न्याय को बढ़ावा देता है।
