In 2023, Ms. Aswina Kakrila met with an accident and sustained injuries. The matter was referred for compensation to the MACT Court in 2024. Upon being informed about the New Delhi District Legal Services Authority (NDDLSA), she sought legal aid from the authority. Ms. Neha Mishra, Legal Aid Counsel from the MM panel, was appointed to pursue the matter. Through dedicated efforts and consistent follow-ups by NDDLSA, a compensation of 4 Lakh was awarded by the court in 2025. Grateful for the support received, Ms. Aswina Kakrila personally visited the NDDLSA office to express her appreciation and thank the Authority for its invaluable legal assistance.
