Sh. Aviral Shukla joined the Delhi Judicial Service in 2019. He commenced his judicial career as Civil Judge-01 in the South East District, followed by his posting as Metropolitan Magistrate-05 in the South District. He has also held the position of Judicial Magistrate First Class-03 (NI Act) in the South West District.
Before joining the judiciary he had also worked with a corporate law firm Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. at Mumbai in the field of General Corporate, Private Equity (Mergers & Acquisitions).
Sh. Aviral Shukla has completed his B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, Hyderabad.
With effect from 31st May 2025, Sh. Aviral Shukla has assumed charge as the Full-Time Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), South District, at Saket Court Complex, New Delhi.
