East Dlsa in association with DSLSA and DLSA North-East, organised a Two Days PLVs Training Programme at IIMT, Karkardooma Courts, on 18.11.16 & 19.11.16. The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Sh. Dharmesh Sharma, Ld. Member Secretary, DSLSA, Sh. Dharmender Rana, Ld. Addl Secretary, DSLSA, Ms. Illa Rawat, Ld. AD&SJ (East), Sh. MP Singh, Ld. Principal Magistrate, JJB, Professors of IIMT, Ld. Jurists and scholars. Several topics were covered by the Ld. Speakers for about 165 students of IIMT. The students participated in the discussions very enthusiastically and the same was welcomed by all.

East Dlsa, Children’s Day at Celebrate at ARWACHIN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. A special Assembly was conducted on 16 Nov 2016 to celebrate Children’s Day. The assembly commenced with the offering of a special prayer to the Lord Almighty followed by Chairman Sir’s message to the students conveyed by the school Principal. The highlights of the day included three special assemblies for the all Students. The students enjoyed enactments, fun games and a musical symphony. They were enthralled and participated with enthusiasm. The assembly ended with the executive council member emotionally thanking the school.

The PLVs from Campus Law Center has distributed Pamphlets and people were made aware about the working of DSLSA as well as (a) Legal Services Institutions and availability of Legal Services, (b) Legal Services that can be availed and (c) How Legal Services can facilitate the people to get their entitlements under various laws and schemes of the Governments. Legal Awareness Campaigns and Nukkad Nataks were also organized at the Slum Area of Trilokpuri. The programme was a great Success.
