Submission of successful disposal of cases in the Lok Adalat held on 08.04.2017.
With due respect, it is submitted that out of 58 cases listed in the Lok Adalat, 17 cases were successfully disposed off in the Lok Adalat. Out of said cases, one case FIR No. 765/15, PS:- Krishna Nagar was disposed off being settled/compounded. lt is noted that the present case was dispute between three real brothers. The complainant and accused persons were real brother who with the intervention of Lok Adalat, settled their dispute and matter was disposed off being settled/compounded.
