An applicant namely Sh. Shankar Shah approached this authority to get legal aid to represent him in a Consumer Case. Vide case allocation letter Ref. No. 2223/19/KE dated 31.10.19, Ms. Sonal Chauhan, LAC was deputed to take up the case of the applicant in the consumer forum.
Vide letter dated 08.01.2020, the aforesaid LAC has reported that due to efforts made by her in this case, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before filing of the same in the consumer forum.
Therefore, due to efforts made by the LAC of this authority, a case has been settled at pre-litigation stage.
