In Pursuance of the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 55 of 2003 and Writ petition (Civil) No. 2003, relating to right to shelter for homeless person in urban areas the representatives of New Delhi District Legal Services Authority inspected the Night Shelters maintained by DUSIB to monitor their functionality on 13.02.2017.
