The Delhi State Legal Services Authority and District Legal Services Authorities provide free legal aid to all the eligible persons as per section 12 of “The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987” read with Regulation 9 of “The Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulation, 2002”. As per the mandate of Law, this Authority has prepared a panel of advocates to prosecute the cases in District Courts on behalf of the aided persons. This Authority has separate panel of advocates for MM Courts, Session Courts, Civil Courts, ADJ Courts and Family Courts. These Legal Services Advocates are paid as per the fee schedule prepared by Central Office.
