- As per the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Crl. Appeal No. 5/2000 titled “Khem Chand & Others Vs. State”, this Authority has established a cell to provide counselling to victims of sexual assault. The Counsellors of DLSA personally visit the victims’ homes, establish first contact with the victim and her family and provide psychological, legal and other support to them.
