Background
Applicant ‘E’ came to the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) through the Sampark FIR, dealing with a POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) case. were observed. The counsellor’s strategy included individual, family & health counselling, meditation, effective communication, and music therapy. Safety planning involved discussions with the LD Secretary of Northwest DLSA for victim protection.
