DLSA South-East, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), organised an awareness programme on the occasion of International Labour Day on the topic “Prevention of Child Labour: Legal Framework and Challenges” at Tara Apartment Labour Chowk, Tughlakabad Extension, South-East Delhi on 01.05.2026 in association with Jan Sahas NGO. Adv. Prakash Yadav, LSA, acted as the Resource Person and sensitised the participants about the legal provisions relating to prevention of child labour, the availability of free legal aid, DSLSA Helpline No. 1516, NALSA Helpline No. 15100, and the role and functioning of legal services institutions. The programme witnessed the participation of approximately 20 persons.
